Please find enclosed a scoping report submitted on the behalf of Saints Bright Futures in respect of the proposal above. Following the proposal identification and initial screening processing, it has been determined a full EIA is required and the following report scopes out the important aspects to consider. This highlights the key impacts amongst the lesser possible ones. Also this report includes possible alternatives that could be addressed. It is therefore requested that this application is determined by the New Forest National Park Authority directly, as due to the location of the site other parties such as Southampton City Council will have to be acknowledged.
