DEFINITION :
Diaahoea is a condition defined by an increased frequently of bowel moments ( more than three per day ) increased amount of stool and altered consistency. It is usually associated wit urgency.

Clinical Manifestation :
Increased frequency, Abdominal cramps, Intestinal rumbling, Anorexia, thirst, painful spasmodic contraction of anus, watery stools, Semisolid stools, Voluminous greesy stools, blood, pus, mucus in the stools, Nocturnal diarrhoea .

Complication :

Medical Management :
Antibiotic Anti-inflammatory agent Anti diarrheals @ loperamide @ Diphenoxylate
Increase Iv fluids .

Treatment :
Antimicrobials 1.Dysenter 2.suspected chlorea with severe dehydration .
Glucose avoids it can cause osmotic diarrhoea preparation .

Prevention :
* * * * * * Wash hands after using the toilet. Avoid eating raw clams and arseters Do not drink unsterlized milk. Do not share foos utensils . Traveller can or they have to take 2 tablet of pepto-bismol .
