    1pm-4pm 4pm - 5pm 5pm-7pm Visits with Legislators Senate Session Reception Legislative Hall Legislative Hall 101 W. Loockerman St. Greater Dover Community Building

    A resolution will be made in the Senate Chamber at the beginning of the session around 4:00 The resolution will be made in the House Chamber on March 29th The team visiting the Legislature could include: 1. Students, Mentors, CIS Program Directors, AmeriCorps members from CIS and CG partner sites this group will target the legislators from their sites district 2. CGI Staff will target key legislators on Education Committee 3. Board Members from CGI and CIS will target legislators in their home district and/or legislators whom they may know 4. Jim Purcell and Rich Kapolka will target legislators on the Joint Finance Committee and/or key members of the Education Committee Once we get confirmation of those attending we will develop a target list of legislators by group A set of talking points will be distributed to make sure the discussions are focused. This is an advocacy event and mentors, mentees, AmeriCorps members will not be talking about funding and/or legislation
