Help Me Grow
What?
Help Me Grow is Minnesotas early intervention system. Help Me Grow services can be provided in the childs home, at a child care setting or at school. These services are free to eligible families regardless of income or immigrant status. There are two programs for eligible children. The first is Help Me Grow: Infant and Toddler Intervention. This program provides special services and supports for children from birth to age two. Services are provided through the development of an Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP). The second is Help Me Grow: Preschool Special Education. This program is for children ages 3-5. Services are provided through your school districts Early Childhood Special Education program. Examples of services provided by the Help Me Grow: Respite, Family Education, Nursing, Audiology, Assistive Technology, Transportation, Vision, Assessments, Evaluations, Family training, Counseling, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Social Work, and many more.

Who?
Infant and Toddler Intervention: children from birth to age two with a disability, such as FASD, even if they are not currently exhibiting a developmental delay.
