NO. JSD0111 ADDENDUM NO. 4 DATE OF ADDENDUM 9/2/2011 This Request for Proposal is hereby amended as follows:
1.

The additional written questions received and the answers thereto are listed below:: Q: The Citys list of approved collateral securities includes a maturity limit of less than 5 years. This will severely limit the depository bank as to the type of collateral that can be pledged. Since this is far more restrictive than allowed by the Texas Public Funds Collateral Act, would the City consider removing the maturity limit restriction in order to avoid pledged collateral fees or much reduced earnings credits and or interest rates paid for deposits? A: No. The City does not want to have a collateral security pledged past the Depository contractual term of 5 years. Q: In Section 0600, D. Part V-Certifications and Compliance, A.2 Community Reinvestment Act, two of the questions reference the City of Austins target neighborhoods. Is there a list specific neighborhoods that you are referring to? A: The target neighborhoods include Anderson, Blackland, Blackshear, Dove Springs, Guadalupe, Montopolis, Springdale/Webberville, and St. Johns. Q: Section 600, Part V. Certifications, A.1 Investment Policy Certification, Section 0625 - A copy of the City's Investment Policy is attached as Section 0620. Applicants must indicate they have read and understand the City's investment objectives by signing the Certification document Section 0625. On the website, when you open the item titled Section 625, the form is numbered Section 640. Is this the form that needs to be completed or is there a form for Section 0625? A: Section 600, Part V. Certifications, A.1 Investment Policy Certification should read as follows: Investment Policy Certification Section 0625 - A copy of the City's Investment Policy is attached as Section 0625. Applicants must indicate they have read and understand the City's investment objectives by signing the Certification document Section 0625.
