This Agreement is entered into this 02.02.2012 at Chennai between Aditya Trading Solutions Pvt. ltd, Member of Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd. ordinarily carrying on business of dealing in commodities derivatives contracts and having his/its office/registered office at # No:25, G9 Gems Court Khader Nawaz Khan Road

firm/LLP/body corporate desirous of his/her residential address at H.No:12-1-360,Plot no 3&4,Bandlaguda,Anand Nagar Colony,Indraprastha Colony(IPA Colony)GSI, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh-500069 providing access to MCX as an agent of the Member in the Commodities derivatives contracts.

Here the Member and Introducer mutually agree the following Terms and Conditions.

Terms & Conditions: 1. The member and Introducer mutually agree to share the net brokerage is flat ratio of 0.0045% Net brokerage is calculated after deducting Transaction Cost, Service Tax, Educational cess and other charges imposed to the sub broker and his/her clients.

The member and Introducer mutually agrees that 1 NEST terminal will be provided free

of cost to the Introducer for trading purpose.

2.

The member and Introducer mutually agree to revise the brokerage and terminal charges

from time to time.

3.

The member and Introducer mutually agrees that there will not be security deposit collected

from the Introducer for the commencement of business.

4.

The Introducer agrees to pay the statutory charges as applied by relevant authorities from

time to time.
