    Similarities Only in 1987 that described about airports item. In 1994 and 1999, for water supply is same meanwhile in 1987 the item was separated to drainage and water supply item for the construction of dam. In 1999 and 1994, for construction of surface area and dam , is 50 hectares meanwhile 1987, gazetted of land for dams construction is 200 hectares.
