Nepalese students of ISU join forces once a year to treat ISU and the Pocatello community with authentic

food, traditional music, dances and several cultural presentations. The theme for this year's celebration is Nepal : A Cultural Enigma aiming to provide insight into Nepalese culture and traditions. There will also be authentic Nepali food prepared by our own Nepali students at ISU. The dinner, this year, includes Pulao (White Rice with spices), Kukhurako Masu (Chicken Curry), Papad (Spicy Crisps), Mixed Vegetable Curry ,Golvedako Achaar (Tomato Pickle) and Gajarko Haluwa (Carrot Pudding). Similar to the previous years, the performances include traditional dances, songs and a fashion show. The night is scheduled to be on February 11th starting 6.00 pm at the PSUB ballroom of Idaho State University. During the three hours of the event, we will take you across the mountains through the hills into the plains. We invite you feel the rhythm of the Himalayas, while we unveil the mysterious Nepalese culture. Tickets for the night are available at PSUB and Rendezvous starting 30th of January. Ticket pricings are $7 for students, $8 for faculty/staff and $9 for general public. Tickets will cost $1 more at the door.
