Getting to know which one we are can help in having better & effective relations with others

DOMINANT
Likes taking control of their environment Likes leadership, making movements, taking the lead To the point Decision maker Problem solver Multi-tasker Leadership style: otoriter, demanding, lacking of patience & empathy towards subordinates

Become rebels when facing negativity Become easily bored with routines Likes seeing the big picture, visionary Likes taking risks & challenges

INFLUENCE
Social beings, enjoys a diversity in friends, likes interacting with people Extrovert Does not like working alone (single fighter)

Influence type people...


Has a high level of empathy towards others Takes into account feelings in doing activities Optimistic, enthusiastic, cheerfeul Not good in analytical thinking, but are usually innovative

STEADINESS
Introvert, reserved, quiet Likes doing things in a systematic & orderly way (step by step) Likes consistancy, something that can be foretold, a stable & harmonic working env. Patient, dependable, loyal

Not too open to changes & things that come suddenly Too focused on existing systems Not too motivated to make innovations Awkward, resistant, passively defensive when facing demotivation

CONSCIENTIOUSNESS
Likes details & accuracy, well planned things, procedures, standard operations. Analytical Thinks critically Sceptic towards new ideas & things that come suddenly
