PRS is a company that provides eco friendly shoe for all ranges and wide varieties of footwear. Our team consists of experienced and young managers. PRS is unique because it is eco- friendly. We prepare foot wear according to the customer trends, tastes and desires. Our main aim is to create a eco friendly shoe that which have an extra benefit which is not available in any other foot wear and shoe.

Mission and Vision


PRS is a company that provides complete eco-friendly foot wears. Unique in that we give the best quality foot wears which are made up of eco friendly products. Our main mission is to establish PRS as the best foot wear company.

Objectives
PRSs main objective is to provide best quality foot wear with the use of eco-friendly products, and also make the customer feels good. This is done because it is eco-friendly to the nature.

Keys to Success
The keys to our success are as follows: 1. Charge a phone while you walk. 2. Design foot wear according to needs and desires of customers. 3. Ensuring 3RS like re-use, re-cycle and reduce. 4. Ensuring that our services are eco-friendly. PRS is start-up company that provides various variety and range of foot wear. Every day we walk a lot, in that we consume and produce lot of energy saving that the energy that we produce the key aspect of PRS. We shall help to save the customer energy. By doing this, our customers can also save their money too. In this process we use mostly eco-friendly products that reduce harm and ensure safety to the environment.

Company Ownership
This business will be a partnership firm, owned by three partners. As the operation grows, the owners will consider re-registering as a limited liability company or as a corporation, whichever will better suite the future business needs. The partners will share profits and losses equally. We estimate that our start-up costs will be 30 crores (including legal costs, logo design, Advertising, direct mail, and related expenses). An additional of 5 crores will be required in the bank account as an operating capital for the first two months of operation. The start-up costs are to be financed in equal portions by the owners personal funds.

Sales Strategy
The companys sales strategy will be based on the following elements:

Advertising in newspapers, Radio and television with the brand ambassador, sachin and Husain bolt. Outlet promotion through local celebraties. Mobile camp promotion.

Market Needs
The market needs for eco-friendly event foot wear according to the customers' desire to have a comfort. Although major customer segments, look for the price, they often realize that they cannot avail another product at this prices.

Organization structure

The hierarchy starts with C.E.O, followed by Three managers i.e. is Finance manager, Human resources manager and Marketing manager. All these managers have sub-ordinates. The Finance manager has two executives, One for Payments and other for Receipts. The accounts are maintained by them in tally software (7.2 version). Human resources managers have two executives One in in-charge of land halls and other one are for mobile vans. They are further sub-ordinated with other workers to assist them with various works. Marketing manager is provided with three sub-ordinates. One for Advertisements, one for sales and other for mobile vans promotion. These executives are further assisted with workers.

Reduce, Re use and Recycle


Our main intention as already mentioned is eco-friendly, we introduced the concept of reduce, reuse and re-cycle Reduce By providing our foot wears we reduce pollution and harm to the environment. Like killing animals for leather and using the waste rubber and plastic. Re-use The equipment used in the charger we can used further for manufacturing new foot wears. Re-cycle The recycled rubber, recycled plastics, waste products, textiles, and other synthetic products used can be re-cycled and again be made into craw material.
