Use prototypes to help clarify the big picture, together with its needs and constraints. Prototyped ideas need to become blueprints of learning events that are practical to create, implement, and deliver. Assignment of responsibilities helps project managers project realistic costs and schedules

Review Remaining Process

Review the process for creating the complete application (completion of Objectives x Treatments Matrix, integrating prototypes, number of cycles needed, integrating media, and developing alpha, beta, and gold versions).

Discuss need for and means of gathering user feedback.

Describe the perfect solution, given your conversations throughout the previous two days regarding need, analysis, gap, potential solutions, tracking, assessments, etc.
What items would it track? How would you know learners gained knowledge and experience? What kind of reporting data would it generate? How would it be accessed, and what type of security would it present?

Discuss who is best prepared to contribute to the ideal solution.

Who, for example, can contribute not only content expertise, but also learning and performance inspiration?
