Made out of 40 mm. N.B. 'M' or 'H' Tubes conforming to I.S. 1161 grade-YST 210/240 or B.S. 1775 grade 40C and 50 C with provision of cups at the rate of 500 mm or 1000 mm c/c Cuplock Standards manufactured by MCE are of the sizes as mentioned. Basic features of Cuplock Standards are: Welded Bottom Cups are pressed from high quality steel and captive mobile Top Cups made out of malleable casting provide firm grip to Ledger Blades making the connection rigid and to endure rough site handling. Access standards are provided with integral 150mm. Long spigots for making easy vertical connections.

Kwik Stage Standards/Verticals

Quikstage Standards / Verticals form the support or the uprights and are made from Standard Scaffold Tubes of 48.3 x 4 mm thick. With the latest innovations, they are also available in 48.3 X 3.25 mm in both Grade 50 & 40 C as per BS: 4360. They have a series of "V" Pressed welded at nominal 500 mm on the tube to provide a location for ledger and transoms. They are also available with integral wedge spigots or as open ended. These items are made from tube with a cast wedge-fixing device at each ends. These are used to lie in the uprights or standards longitudinally. On the inside of the scaffold of the scaffold they are used at platform level and on the outside as a guardrail.

Kwik Stage 2 Board and 3 Board Stage Bracket
The Two and Three Board Stage Brackets enable an additional 450 mm (16") and 675mm (23") platform respectively to be provided on the inside of the scaffold nearest the building. Tie Bars must be used to connect the brackets together. They are available in both rolled section and back to back welded angle.

Panels supplied in 1.25m & Soldiers in 2.5m heights. For curved walls flexible panes are used, and heavy duty soldiers to be used in place of channel soldiers for single sided shuttering.
Double Adjuster Panel, Splay Panel, inter Corner Panel, External Corner Angle and Lap Angle etc., as also wallform accessories like Single clip, Double clip, Bridge clip, Assembly bolt and wedge / clip etc. are used for various applications of conventional wallform shuttering.

SIE tie rods have been developed for reinforced concrete and tying applications, Offering an economical solution where threaded joints or couplers are required. Tie rods arc threaded along their entire length, to allow the bear to be cut to the Required length on site, as necessary. Tie thread form is a cut right-hand thread with a coarse pitch that is robust and which allows easy assembly.
Wing Nuts
