Presentation guidelines:

Prepare 12 to 15 slides presentation roughly for 5 minutes. It is an individual presentation. Bring the printout of approval mail for your topic. Dress up professionally. The purpose of your presentation is to inform audience on your choice of topic. All images and data should have separate title, and source should be cited properly. Introductory slide (1 to 2) should define your topic, and describe histology and anatomy of the normal organ, tissue etc.

Guideline for PowerPoint Keep it simple: As with any design, cut the clutter. Two font families is a good rule of
thumb. No more than one graphic image or chart per slide is another good rule.

Be consistent: Use the same colors and fonts throughout. Select graphic images in the same
style.

Avoid background sound and animations. Check for spelling and grammar. If video is included, it should not be more than 30 to 40 seconds. Have a backup plan, open in computers at campus before presentation. PowerPoint failed to open will not be excused. Save as presentation.
