GUIDELINES FOR ORAL PRESENTATION

4th International Conference Interprofessional Health Collaboration


and Community Empowerment
1. Each parallel conference session in zoom breakout room will have a moderator, 2 reviewer with
one or more committee members in attendance.
2. Every presentation will be lead by the moderators with arrangement ; presenter introduction from
the moderator, presentation, question and answer session, and closing.
3. Presenters are allocated 7 minutes to deliver their presentation.
4. Every presenter will be reviewed by the the reviewer and question from the audience for
approximately 3 minutes.
5. Based on the allocated presentation time, the presentation file should ideally contain
approximately 7-10 power point slides. You are responsible for the content of your presentation.
6. Title page of the presentation should consist of International Conference Interprofesional Health
Collaboration and Community Empowerment (ICIHCCE) logo, download the logo in
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1CZG_vTFfbcr22765YhA2yxAEW-eHVEe6/view?usp=sharing .
7. Any presentation slides must be prepared in PowerPoint 2010, 2013 or 2016 (MS Windows with
.pptx extension). If you use a programme other than MS PowerPoint, e.g. OpenOffice or
GoogleSlides, your presentation must be saved to this format.
8. Presentation outline : Background, methods, result and discussion, conclusion and suggestion.
9. If you use slides as part of your presentation:

o Use a bold, sans serif font and large enough type for the poster or slides to be easily read on a
typical laptop screen or tablet
o Keep your slides simple: just a few points per slide
o Include alt-text, audio or subtitle descriptions of all graphs, charts and images on your slides
o Make sure that you use high-contrast colors for the best definition of your text. Please be aware
that red letters or lines are usually not visible.

10. As a general rule, you should not present more than 1 slide per minute. Visual material supports
your lecture and should not be the transcription of it.
11. You may include graphics and/or slide-show animation.
12. If you wish to allow attendees to contact you after the congress, make sure to include your name
and email address on the last slide of your presentation.
13. We recommend that you submit your presentation slides to our email
: presenter.conference21@gmail.com at 30 Oktober 2021 to give commitee time to save your
presentations.

1. Poster presentation should present as a PPT record with 5 minutes allocation.


2. Please be informed that your poster presentation can have a only one (1) slides, and a maximum
size of 10 MB. Make sure that your slides are readable and concise. The format is PowerPoint 16:9
(landscape).
3. Title page of the posters should consist of International Conference Interprofesional Health
Collaboration and Community Empowerment (ICIHCCE) logo, download the logo in
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1CZG_vTFfbcr22765YhA2yxAEW-eHVEe6/view?usp=sharing
4. Key features to include in the poster:
o Clear, concise overview of the research paper
o Key facts, analysis and arguments relating to the research question
o Author’s conclusion and points of discussion
o Appropriate acknowledgment and references
5. If you use slides as part of your poster presentation:
