TRIAL CHAMBER II of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the former Yugoslavia since 1991 (Tribunal), BEING SEISED of the Prosecution and Defence Joint Motion Relating to the Scheduling Order of 30 March 2012, filed on 3 April 2012 (Motion), in which the parties request a modification of the Trial Chambers Order on Final Trial Briefs and Closing Arguments, issued on 30 March 2012 (Scheduling Order), so that the deadline for filing their final briefs is 29 May 2012, with final oral arguments to commence on 12 June 2012; NOTING that the parties enquire in the Motion whether the Trial Chamber will ask questions relating to specific topics during the final oral arguments or whether a separate hearing will be held for this purpose; CONSIDERING that good cause has not been shown for an extension of the relevant deadlines; NOTING that the Trial Chamber shall advise the parties, in due course, as to whether the Trial Chamber will ask questions relating to specific topics during the final oral arguments or whether a separate hearing will be held for this purpose; HEREBY DENIES the Motion.
