Hub

Intersecting lines
This project seeks to find the mixing ground for the university and adjacent neighbourhoods, the public realm on which they overlap and interact, while densifying the site through a range of mixed use program: academic, office, residential and retail. This hub also serves a catalyst for future development around the University of Toronto borderlands.
