Leadership Style John D. Rockefeller said, "I will pay more for the ability to deal with people then any other ability under the sun." So because of this quote I believe that John was a democratic leader. He worked with others and loved being with the people. He would do anything for the people or the organizations that would help the people. He donated so much money to universities and medical research. I truly admire John D. Rockefeller for all that he has helped America reach. Even though he was insanely wealthy, he gave a lot to donating and building better universities and things that would help the people and America in the long run.
