Journal 1:Whats in the Box?

I think that with our feeling the weight, shaking it to feel movement, or looking in it to see, there is no way to take an educated guess of the content of the box. However I can assume there is air, and wood, which makes the structure of the box. Then item within the box was a wooden piece, a long board, of dark color with engravings and very smooth. It looks old, but not old enough to be an artifact. The carvings on the wood have a Mayan or Native American quality to them.

What I learned:
I learned that within this course I would not be challenged in a stereotypical way. Instead I would be challenged to view, write, and think in a completely different format from what I was use too.
