    Launching BTS Site Manager
    Purpose

    You can launch BTS Site Manager in a connected mode, in create commissioning file mode, or in snapshot mode.
    Before you start

    Before you connect to the Flexi WCDMA BTS site, make sure the following conditions are fulfilled: If you want to establish a connection to the BTS site locally, connect the PC to the LMP port on the Flexi System Module (FSM) using 10baseT Ethernet cable with RJ-45 connector. In a remote connection, the connection is established via DCN network. If the PC is connected to the FSM LMP port, specify your PC's network settings to match the following settings: IP address: 192.168.255.130 and Subnet mask: 255.255.0.0.
