Alise Farrell was a student teacher in my kindergarten classroom at Brubaker Elementary School from January 17 March 9th 2012.

. I welcome the opportunity to recommend Alise Farrell for a teaching position. Alise had a warm and friendly rapport with all the students. She utilized developmentally appropriate practices in her instruction and lesson plans. Alise did an excellent job of integrating subjects throughout her lessons. The students were always actively engaged during Alises instruction. She did an excellent job of designing her lessons so they were meaningful and appropriate to the students learning styles, strengths, and needs. The children were enthusiastic in their participation and freely offered feedback. During instruction, Alise did a super job of motivating, supporting, and challenging students. Ms. Farrell created a safe and purposeful environment conducive to learning. She communicated clear expectations for responsible behavior and used a range of strategies to promote positive relationships, cooperation, and purposeful learning in our classroom. Alise was professional in her appearance, actions, and attitudes. She would be a great addition to any staff and I highly recommend her for an elementary teaching position.
