Collage Defense Essay In my collage, I incorporated a picture of the American flag from the Revolutionary War. Because the idea of the game was to spark patriotism and a sense of loyalty to ones country, I felt that there was no better way to incorporate patriotic touches into the collage than to include the flag which is basically a symbol for patriotism. I also included several pictures from battlefields mainly focusing on the Battle of Saratoga because that is the main battle of the video game. I included a picture with Benedict Arnold being injured at the Battle of Saratoga because I mentioned this in my Historical Inquiry Project. There are also several other pictures of Benedict Arnold both in and out of battle because he is a important character in the video game and a significant figure in the history of the Revolutionary War. There are also several pictures of soldiers because I focused on how the different soldiers were dressed in my Historical Inquiry Project and because I want the animated players in my game to look official and historically correct.
