Participant must provide complete and correct personal information, or it may be disqualified. The Organizer reserves the right of final decision of the event and all participants shall abide by the final decision of the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to the final amendments to the rules and arrangement of the competition without prior notice, and the participants shall abide by the final rules and arrangement of the competition.

6. All participants in the selection and assessment results of the competition without any objection. 7. All participants recommended the case to the organizer, the main identified institutions have the right to the recommendations of the participants in any medium for publicity, exhibition and distribution use.

The Organizer reserves the rights and copyrights to make records of any means for the whole event. The participants agree to allow the Organizer to publicize the event and results through any media and channels without any conditions.

9. The competition shall be by teams. Participants could form their own team and indicate the names of their team members. If no team is formed by the applicant, the Organizer will form the team for him/her and the participant shall abide by the arrangement of the Organizer without objection.
10. Once the application fee is paid, there will be no refund under any

condition not until the participant completed the competition and attended all activities in the event date.
11. Applicants bear responsibility for their own belongings. JCI Sha Tin is not

to be held liable for any loss and damage during the event.
12. If Hong Kong Observatory issue adverse weather warning on event date,

arrangement will be as below: A) If Red/Black Rainstorm Warning is issued Two hours before the events starts: Event cancelled. B) If Typhoon Signal No. 3, No. 8 or above is hoisted by Hong Kong Observatory two hours before event starts: Event cancelled.
13. JCI Sha Tin has purchased $100,000 public liability insurance and 2,000

medical coverage for each participant. JCI Sha Tin suggest that applicant can have their own insurance covers as well.
14. JCI Sha Tin reserves the rights to revise its terms and conditions at any

time.
