1.Full (3/3) set of originals Clean ''Shipped on board'' Bill of lading made out to order of MARITIME BANK- DO
THANH BRANCH marked ''Freight prepaid'', notify the Applicant. The name and address of shipping agent at
destination port must be indicate on Bill of Lading.
2.Manual signed Commercial invoice issued by beneficiary in 03 originals
3.Certificate of origin in 01 original and 02 copy issued by Chamber of commerce and industry in Korea before
or on the day of B/L. In case Certificate of Origin is issued after B/L date, it must marked ''issued retroactively''
4.Copy of fax advising to Applicant particulars of shipment (B/L No., name of vessel, sailing date, eta destination
port, invoice value, price term, shipping agent at destination port) within 7 days after B/L date.
5.Full set of originals insurance Policies (or Certificate) in assignable form and endorsed in blank for 110 pct
invoice value covering all risk stipulating that all losses and /or damages under this certificate must be claim
payable at Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam in invoice currency. (Number of originals issued and insurance co/ agent
in Viet Nam is also required to be clearly indicated in this Certificate).
6.Detailed Packing list issued by beneficiary or manufacturer in 03 originals
7.Certificate of quality/quantity issued by beneficiary or manufacturer in 03 originals
8.Certificate of Analysis issued by beneficiary or manufacturer in 03 originals.
9.Ben's certificate showing that: One set of non-negotiable shipping documents have been sent to the applicant
by fax or e.mail or express courier within 3 days after shipment date.
