    Binding Agreement

    This testifies that on 25th of January, 2011 , __________________________ agrees and is obliged to pay an amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php 10,000.00) as a due compensation for ______________________s programming and development work for the previous Thesis program and an additional __________________________________ as an agreed computation of transportation costs used by the latter in relation to the work being done. The mode of payment will be partial payment in TWO (2) batches. The first payment should be given within the day of the agreement signing while the second payment should be given earlier or within __________________________________ as agreed by both parties. In exchange, it is the latter partys responsibility to give the program and its source-codes to the previous party on the day of the agreement signing. Failure of either party to comply with the said agreement shall result to legal consequences.

    Signing below signifies that both parties agreed and is bound to the rules and conditions of this agreement.
