QUANTITY: The quantity to be delivered shall be Fifty Thousand Metric Tons {50,000 +/-5%} both parties accept a tolerance/variation in quantity of +/- 5% on each delivery. PRICE. The price to be paid shall be based on the loaded quantity of AGO Oil for each shipment based on standard tonnage. The applicable currency in respect of payment for the Cargo shall be United States Dollar (USD). The Price shall be: US$600.0 per metric ton. TRANSACTION PROCEDURES. 1. Seller issue full corporate offer to buyer with specifications. Buyer countersigns the Seller offer and return to seller. 2. Seller issue draft contract for amendment if necessary. Buyer approve contract and return to seller. 3. Seller sign contract and return to buyer for signing and sealing. The signed contract is exchanged via mail.

4. Sellers bank write to buyers bank confirming payment if product is been delivered. Buyers bank shall respond to sellers bank with a Bank Payment Undertaking, confirming within 30 banking days after delivery. 5. Seller release loaded vessel documents, CPA, Q88 to buyer and issue an ETA to buyers port of discharge. 6. Seller sail the loaded vessel to Ghana waters for inspection by SGS Ghana and vessel proceeds to discharge in buyers nominated storage tank farm. 7. After successful discharge, sellers captain release copy discharge certificate to seller to be submitted to buyers bank for payment within 30 banking days from date of completion of discharge.
