    Work Plan Government Deaf and Dumb School, Shekhghat, Sylhet

    Part one: Knowing DD School Understanding of the organizational context. How does the school run? Mission and vision of the school. Interaction with the students, parents, teachers and staffs

    Part two: Field placement and social work intervention Identification of case work problems and case work intervention with at least five cases. Identification of group problems and group work intervention with at least one group. Identify the problems that deaf and dump children face while they interact with other people of community eg. Neighbors, peers, teachers, parents, etc. OR Identify the problems/challenges of education for Deaf and Dumb children. Implement programs to address the problems/challenges that you will identify. Apply social work knowledge and strategies while work with clients.
