RQOTD 1. How did I and my school respond to this educational disruption brought about by
COVID-19?
The school is providing differentiated learning tools to deliver learning modalities
beyond different faces at home. The school offers a self-learning activity sheet that targets learner's
understanding into the simplest delivery of the instructional response. The school also gives learning
partnership formations towards our parents to become our companions in teaching LAS instructions.
This is one way of monitoring, guidance, and moral support which our students need to arise amidst
this pandemic. I, myself am looking forward to the best that I can do to capture the real essence of
how to manage learners in the new normal. Challenge is within me but embracing the challenge itself
makes me more productive and sufficient.

RQOTD 2. Which of these zones is my school in at present?

I consider our school in the levels of "LEARNING ZONE" because the school started to
plan alternative options that will engage our learners to focus and perform their duties and
responsibilities in answering their LAS. These zones will enable learners to start to figure out their
strengths and weaknesses in managing different kinds of stuff. In the first semester, students were
able to slowly move up their learning strategies in handling several tasks. The schools can't provide
a perfect zone but each school is adjusting their zone to become comfortable and able to manage at
their paces.

What shall we do to successfully navigate the present and future disruptions?

First, we start reviewing the learning continuity plan of the school which is to look for
those objectives which were not yet able to target for the first semester and try to reassess before
starting the next semester. Feedbacking is one of the best ways to hear their sides especially our
parents, students, teachers who are on to this learning process.

RQOTD 3. What shall we do to align our programs and activities with the Eight Points?

This stand of the perspective view and application of the core values of the school
towards the means of its mission and vision of the institution. Our school always maintains the
significance of the CARES (Committed to God and Country, Academic Excellence, Responds to
God's Creation, Emulate Mary's virtues, Service and Stewardship). Our school always maintain the
good environment to supports the learning and faith our all the member of the institutions.

RQOTD 4. How should we manage to learn and assess the live performance and educational
outcomes of our Gen Z and Gen Alpha learners?

Students of the 21st Century are very digital in terms of ideas, collaborations, and
communications. The way to manage this kind of learning is to make them realize that not all times
learning is found in the explorations of technologies. They should also engage in lifelong integral
coping of one's emotions by accepting realities and fighting distress of oneself. We should make
them more productive in a sense of bridging the human capabilities overexposures in the digital
phenomenon.

RQOTD 5. What quantitative and qualitative data do we need to gather, analyze and utilize to help us
improve the learning outcomes of our students?

Due to the wider exposure of digital communications. Most preferred are in the forms of
surveys for quantitative and interviews via a phone call for the qualitative. This is a consonance of
responding to the needs of both learners and parents to help them cope with the diversion of learning
needs and partnerships. Our school together with the support of the Guidance Office, we were able to
assess the needs of the students and with the support of their respective class advisers. We know the
reaching out to our students has some quite difficult due to some instances like connections and the
internet. But in the end we still able to look for other alternatives which are by making a home
visitation with the proper observance of the health protocols and standards.
