been beyond it? What could have been done to change the situation from knowing to
really doing something?

Knowing is different but being able to do and apply something into your life. Knowing is

drive motivation so that we would not stay from knowing, we have to work that make
things happen.

2. Assume you have a teacher that is very detailed in her tracking and grading of
assignments and has done an excellent job of documenting her student’s class
performance. The teachers detail is so complete that when a failing student and his
parents meet with you, as the supervisor of this teacher, it is hard to defend other than a
failing grade for this grading period. Answer the questions – what should you do now?
What should happen next?

Teacher must see to it that you have Student Tracking System (STS) or anecdotal
record to track what is the reason behind. We must consider the valid reason of the
pupils to pass if not, the teacher had no choice but to fail the pupil. It should have parent
teacher communication beforehand. If the grade is valid and authentic , the parent and
child had no more to say but to accept it.
