1: Explain Students behaviour in reaction to the

inadequacies in management: How does it effects discipline and
classroom managenmet
The behaviour of the student had a great effect in reaction
to inadequacies in classroom management. As the behaviour of the
student and the management of the classroom are interconnected and
intertwined, so these both can greatly affect each other. classroom
Management and Organisation are intertwined ,while rules and routines
can influence the behaviour of the students .classroom organisation
affect the physical element present in the classroom, making its
environment more productive for the user. The problems related to the
behaviour of the students in the class interfere with the lesson being
taught and disturb other students .Those students require extra attention
on constant basis which have these behavioural problems. The
behavioral problem of any one student can affect the whole classroom.
it distract other students from learning a required teachers to spend
precious instructions and time discipline and behaviour management.

Effect of students behaviour:

Different students have different behaviour problem hair
we are going to discuss some of these which can affect the environment
of the glass during learning. Any one problem of any one student can
distract the whole classroom.
1). Inappropriate language :
The use of inappropriate language in the classroom is one of
the major behaviour problem of many students. some students may use
foul language to impress their classmates or to get the attention of their
teacher. some students used in appropriate language to express
frustration and anger while other used this type of language because it is
normal in their home environment. At some occasion inappropriate
language may cause great problems , which sometimes leads to
groupism in the classroom.
2). Agressive Students :
some students possess aggression in their behaviour, which
may cause disruptans in the in classroom environment. sometimes
physical aggression can be violent and it may cause hurt to the students.
Aggression between students in the classroom and playground disrupts
all other activities and negatively affects teachers and other students and
the whole environment of the class. sometime physical aggression may
cause physical fighting between remaining families of the students.
3). Inattentive behavior of students:
Inattentive behaviour of the students will make the
students to fall behind their classmates unless appropriate steps are
taken. This is a major problem and some of the students may suffer from
attention deficit hyperactivity disorder which causes them to have
difficulty in controlling their behaviour. These students have trouble in
organising school work and sustaining attention.
4). Sensory Processing Disorder :
This is another effect of behaviour of the students in the
class. students with sensory processing disorder can be descriptive in the
classroom because they are unable to keep pace with daily lessons.
children with this disorder find it difficult to organise and make sense of
the sensory information that their brain receives from the world around
them. They often have problems in learning and prefer not to play with
classmates during recess. concerning with behaviour problem of the
students was not limited to any particular demographic group while
teachers who worked in schools in low income areas reported concerns
about behaviour issues at the high rate. teachers who worked in high
income areas were not far behind in high income areas most of the
teachers reported more behaviour issues that interfere with teaching and
learning.
Most of the students have social problems which may also be
considered as behaviour problem.
1. not paying attention in class
2. difficulty in making friends
3 . failing grades and reports of aggressiveness are anger.
4. some of the students have criminal behaviour , and in some cases
this criminal behaviour will remain throughout their lives.
All the social groups make rules in attempt at some time and
under some circumstances to enforce them. social rules define situations
and the kinds of behaviour are appropriate to them specifying some
action as right and forbidding other as wrong.
Q No 02: Discuss the imitative taken by the government of
universities of education How can public and private sector
contribute to achieve target
ANS:
Education in Pakistan is over seen by the fedral ministry of
education and the provincial government.
Article 25-A of constitution of Pakistan is to obligate the state to provide
free and compulsory quality education to children of the age group 3 to
16 years the state or the government shall provide free education to ever
children and there is a right to get free education the education system in
Pakistan is divided into 6 catogaries the first one is Pre school. The
preschool is started from the age of 3 to 5 years in current government
the preschool named as ECE classrooms. The second level is primary
level and it starts from grade 1 to 5. The third level is middle and it starts
from 6 to 8. The fourth level is secondary level and it starts from 9 to 10.
The fifth level is Higher secondary level and its starts from 11 to 12. The
sixth level is graduation and post graduation and its start from 13 to 16.
As a case study Punjab leads in its allocation to higher education the
government of Punjab reserve a high budget for education department
we quotes a Quid e azam advice “Character courage hardwork and
preservnes are four pillars on which whole structre of humans are build”
In year 2015 was important in context that it marked in the deadline for
the participants of dakers declration. Pakistan progress regarding
education target set in vision 2013 and Pakistan lagging behind in
achieving EFA targets and millennium devolpment goals. By goals
focus on early child education Including pre schooling universal primary
education and secondary education to youth. Vision 2030 of planning
commission of Pakistan looks for academic environment which permot
the thinking mind. The goal of the government is one curriculum in one
nation. The government plan this year to launch one curriculum in one
nation the government trying there best to achieve its targets.
Public and private contribution.
The idea about public and private contribution in education is not new.
After the independence the government of Pakistan consistently called
for amd supported the development of private sector through a proper
policy the government trying to run the school both public and private
partnership is successful but sometime not. An example given by the
public private partnership is Pakistan Railways and Beacon house school
system. The deal is that the beacon house school manages the 19
Pakistan railways school for 33 years but it is terminated for after
running 3 years after the contract periods. Many issue related to private
education system arises when low income and less education paraent are
not able to found schooling of their children and not make many choices.
Diversity is characteristics feature of private education in Pakistan but
the aspect remains largely under explored in the literature. In the reality
the private education institution are configured along a broad range of
catagories such as faith, gender, languages and religios. Unlike the
private school is different from government schools at present the
educational management information system (EMIS). Vision 2030 of
planning commission of Pakistan looks for an academic environment
which promotes the thinking minds. The goals under vision 2030
curriculum and one national examination system under state
responsibility. The strategies charted out to achieve the goal.
Increasing public expenditure on education and skills generation from
2.7% of GDP to 5% by 2010and 7% by 2015.
Enhancethe scale the scale and quality of education in general and scale
and the quality of scientific technical education in Pakistan. Fedral
government play a supportive role vis-à-vis the provincial for the early
compliance of the constitutional obligation laid down in article 25-A.
Special grants can be provided to the provience where the literacy rate is
low. The idea of public private partnership has been accepted and
practiced in Pakistan for quite long. here are number of regulatory laws
for private education sector in place in Pakistan however little
information is available about the status of their implementation.
Inshort the public private partnership is a key initiative of the
government for universalization of education. this sector are not facing
many problems in their ways have development of education but the
government is taking serious steps for solution of their problems.
Q.No. 3: Explain Information processing model with reference
to cognitive development in elementary school year.
Ans: Information processing model is a model through
which we can examine and understood the cognitive development of the
children. this model covers the mental processes of the children through
the metaphor of a computer processing encoding ,storing ,and decoding
data. childrens between the Age 2 to 5 years, can develop the skills to
focus attention for different periods and processes occurring around
tthe. They can recall their old information, recognise previously
encountered information and recreate it in the present.
This process needs three steps to understand
1).Memory
2).Attention
3).Language
1. Memory:
Generally in the Age 2 to 3 years children cannot
remember anything in their childhood. A 4 year old child can remember
what he was at birthday party and tell his friends about it when he
returns to school. a long-term memory begins to form between the Age 2
to 5 years.
For Example;
children understand that a visit to the grocery store involves a series
of steps; mum in the store gets a grocery cart ,select items from the
shelf, wait in the checkout line ,pays for the groceries and then load
them into the cart.
2.Attention
children can learn that how to focus and use their cognitive
abilities for paying attention and memorizing list of word is affects
between the age 5 to 7. this skill is obviously crucial for children starting
school only to learn new information retain it and produced it for test
and other academic activities.
For Example;
children can use their knowledge of alphabet and letter sound to start
sounding out and reading words. the base of children's knowledge can
also continue in this stage to grow and become better organised.
3.Language:
children can learn his mother language between the age 4-5 year.
children's become able to understood that language at more complicated
level. They started making use of their learnt language.
For Example;
children can talk more naturally to adult then to same age peers.

Cognitive Development in Elementary School Years :

The development of cognitive abilities of the student
is very important .This cognitive development involves many factors
such as biological factors and environmental factors.
Biological factors can contain
a.Sense Organs
b.Intelligence
c.Heredity
d.Maturation.
Environmental factors can contain
a. learning opportunities
b. economic status
c.play
d. different types of stimuli
e.Family
f.Society.
in biological factors the sense organs are very important these organs
can receive stimuli from the environment .their proper development
helps in receiving correct sim live they are defective sense organs collect
defective stimuli and as a result wrong concepts can before show the
cognitive development will not be perfect. children's with love
intelligence quotient are unable to receive stimuli properly does their
cognitive development legs behind.
some of the cognitive ability a children can get from his parents.
children can get more interaction with his environment which is
necessary for his development of cognitive ability is during maturation.
external influences are also very important for the cognitive
development of the children. the cognitive development of a children
can depend upon the learning opportunities that he can avail easily or
with difficulty. the economic status of a child can also affect his
cognitive development. childrens with high economic status get more
opportunities and better training and it helps in cognitive development
while those children which are low economic status Aana not good as
compared to that with the children which are good in economics.
playing different games and with the different people is also very
important for the development of Agni true abilities of a children .we
can learn many different learning during the play. similarly a children
can get some of the development through different types of stimuli such
as TV ,books and toys.
The role of family and Society is of vital importance in the cognitive
development of the children. As a children spend more time with his
family show the environment of his family can greatly affect his
cognitive development.
as children not only grow physically but also mentally during early
childhood children's ability to observe to understand to produce
language and interact with the world's florist in an amazing way, so it
should be made clear that all the environmental factors can affect the
cognitive development of children
