Mr. Wilfredo B. Lopez /School Head:

The loophers of SBM includes more work for internal and

external stakeholder, less efficiency, uneven school performance , increased the needs of staff
for development, confusion about the new roles and responsibilities and coordination
difficulties.
To address the loophole of SBM the school boards and the DepEd National
Office must adopt new strategies to manage their resources and ultimately develop a
productive school culture. They are effective techniques to school management system; first
adopt Smart school administration, Improved it features to easily access the students admin
information. Second, effective classroom management - address classroom overcrowding in
learning rooms. Third, promote stress free environment. Fourth manage your staff / Teachers

Usually the loophole/weakness of school Based Management

is the linking community and stakeholders support. If the stakeholders
is not supporting the project of the school then that is the time that the

Ms. Clemencia H. Miday / Teacher:

Teachers considered as the 2nd parent of their students, therefore as

a second parent it is their foremost consideration that students will be protected
by their teachers’ when they are inside the school, by inculcating positive values
teachers can also be a shoulder to lean on just in case students shared their own
problem a teacher should be ready to give his/her positive advices to boost their
students confidence in dealing their own problem positively. Above all as a
teacher should provide enough knowledge to their respective subject areas
being taught to their students to provide confidence and encouragement to
continue their learning at its own best and threat their owned problem in more
positive ways.
11. What school policy today should be given preferential attention by
administrators for school improvement?

Mr. Wilfredo B. Lopez /School Head:

There are several school policies exist in our school

but nowadays we should give preferential attention the health
and safety policy. We have to understand! integral part of all its
activities and will take steps to manage this effectively.
11. What school policy today should be given preferential attention by
administrators for school improvement?

Ms. Clemencia H. Miday / Teacher:

School policy today that needs preferential attention by the school administrator
for school improvement it should be in academic it should be ; NO READ NO PASS
POLICY. Plenty of our learners now a days reached their High School journey, but still
teachers wondering why they promoted from Elementary to High School with so much
struggle in reading and mostly non comprehensions, and some are non-numeracy. This can be
strengthen and be done in the form of Projects to be implemented to improve the reading
comprehension and student’s numeracy. The second is to Inculcate the moral values recovery
to all the students by giving attention to values Education subjects with integration to all subject
areas this will help the students to improve their psychological appreciation and appreciate
and reciprocate the effort being exerted by their parents, teachers, love ones and the entire
community. Because as I have observed now a days moral Values should have recovered to
save the students from any untoward incident brought by their unexpected behavior, and
parents and teachers have a big role to play on students attitude.
12. What do you think is the most difficult job of a teacher? of a school
head?

Mr. Wilfredo B. Lopez /School Head:

The most difficult job of a School Head are communicating

the expectation clearly and frequently to teachers and to
directly address teachers struggle in the classroom.
12. What do you think is the most difficult job of a teacher? of a school
head?

Ms. Clemencia H. Miday / Teacher:

Most challenging job of a teacher now a days, are as follows…Students belongs

to struggling readers and non-comprehensions it’s very difficult on the part of the teachers, to
disseminate the importance of the lessons if half of the class are mostly considered as non-
readers and non-comprehensions, Imagine if a teachers’ most of the time do the talking and
interaction from the class is not evident. What a totally wasting of time if you repeatedly
explained the importance of the lessons but the result of the assessment is not satisfying.
Second difficulty is that rampant students behavior need to be corrected by the parents and
be disciplined by them instead by a teacher, the behavior falls into rampant absences,
defiant to a teachers policy, chaotic behavior on a daily basis. On part of the School Head
difficult job is the procurement of the report coming from the teachers’ concern and slow
responded due to hectic schedule of the teachers’ to their classes, the next if there is a
teacher who defiantly follow his/her policy when it comes to school rules implementation
which teachers believed that the administrations abused their rights.
