Jvcalc is a small utility to calculate Jepp dates ( JDN based ) and alter specific files

thus extending the "legality" of the programs JeppView and FlightStar/Map.

1. CHARTS.INI will allow you to view plates ( ONLY 4 weeks after the last update )
2. CYCLE.TXT
will nag about the validity of text pages.
So we want to modify this !
Find the JDN for any date between 01-Jan-1900 and 01-Jan-2900
