Dear Employee,

This document will provide you an overview of the activities to be completed till your Last Working
Day (LWD) in UST Global. Please complete these actions and adhere to the time lines for ensuring
a smooth exit from the organization.

1. ACTIONS TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE LWD

ACTIONS REMARKS
Submit your Timesheet (in OptimUST) For correct F&F settlement
Submit your pending Absence & Work from Home For correct F&F settlement
requests (if any) in Fusion HRMS and get it approved
Submit requests for all pending Allowances (Night For correct F&F settlement
Shift, On Call & Weekend) if any and get it approved
Any pending salary or other allowances Communicate with HR Payroll team
Upload your Optional Allowances (Only LTA) in Submit the hard copies to Location HR
ADP ESS portal. POCs
Upload your Investment Proof documents (Income No hard copies to be submitted.
Tax Proof Submission) in ADP ESS portal
Upload your Investment Proof & LTA Documents The upload window is open from 01st to
15th of every month in ADP portal.

2. SALARY ON HOLD
Your salaries of the month of relieving and the immediate previous month will be held to ensure
proper settlement of dues. This will be credited along with your Full and Final Settlement. The Full
& Final Settlement will be credited to your salary account, on or before 18th of the subsequent
month after Last Working Day.
3. ILLUMINUS PORTAL REGISTRATION (ALUMNI PORTAL)

All relieving documents will be provided through IlluminUS, the Alumni portal of UST Global.
Therefore, please ensure that you register at IlluminUS for downloading your separation
documents.

LOCATION DOCUMENT SCHEDULE


IlluminUS Acknowledgement letter On your last working day (by 10.00 PM IST)
IlluminUS Experience letter and F&F Within 15 working days from your last
Settlement Statement working day.

5. EMPLOYEES HAVING STOCK OPTIONS


Employees resigning from the organization and who have outstanding Stock Options, will need to
apply and purchase the stock options within 90 days from the last working date. If not, all the
outstanding stock options will be cancelled.
If you have been issued with any employee stock options by UST Holding Ltd, which are vested
and outstanding with the company, you will need to apply to purchase/exercise those stock options
within 3 months from the last working date with the company. If not purchased within 3 months as
mentioned, all the outstanding stock options will be cancelled as per clause 5.6 (a) of the 2008 /
2016 Equity Incentive Plan as under;
Clause 5.6 (a): If the Participant is Terminated for any reason other than death, Disability or for
Cause, then the Participant may exercise such Participant’s Options only to the extent that such
Options are exercisable as to Vested Shares upon the Termination Date or as otherwise determined
by the Committee. Such Options must be exercised by the Participant, if at all, as to all or some of
the Vested Shares calculated as of the Termination Date or such other date determined by the
Committee, within three (3) months after the Termination Date (or within such shorter or longer
time period, not exceeding five (5) years, after the Termination Date as may be determined by the
Committee) but in any event, no later than the expiration date of the Options.

8. Earned Leave Balances Encashment

Your available ‘Earned Leave’ balances as on your last working day will be processed along with
your full and final settlement payment. The Earned leave will be process on your take home gross
salary basis.

9. CLEARANCE PROCESS
Your No Dues clearance page will be initiated 5 days prior to your LWD. You will receive a
‘Separation Check List’ email with further details to help you complete the clearance process for
a smooth exit from UST Global.
