Release Notes for Cisco EAP-FAST Module Version 2.2.8 June 10, 2008 Introduction This document describes system requirements; supported features; installation and upgrade information; and resolved and known caveats for the Cisco EAP-FAST Module, version 2.2.8. System Requirements You need the following items on the host system in order to install and use this software: A computer running the Windows Vista RTM or later. An installed wireless or wired LAN network interface card. Server requirements: Cisco ACS server version 4.0 or later. Supported Features User authentication using Windows password, separate network password, one-time password, or saved password, as well as user certificate. EAP-GTC, EAP-MSCHAPV2, EAP-TLS inner method support. Integration with L2NA for single sign-on support. Anonymous provisioning and authenticated server provisioning mode with server certificate. Password change. New Pin Mode, Next Token Mode for one-time password. Machine authentication using a machine certificate, password, and a machine PAC. NAC-NAP support for posture validation. Online help file with context sensitive help. AMD 64-bit platform support. Fast reconnect. Obtaining Technical Assistance The Developer Support Program provides formalized support for Cisco Systems interfaces to enable CCX Program partners to accelerate their delivery of compatible solutions. The Developer Support Engineers are an extension of the product technology engineering teams. They have direct access to the resources necessary to provide expert support in a timely manner. Developers using CCX SDK are encouraged to join the Cisco Developer Support Program. This program provides a consistent level of support while leveraging Cisco interfaces in development projects. Note: Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) support does not include CCX SDK support and is limited to Cisco product installation/configuration and Cisco-developed applications.
