    Receive and register all Incoming/Outgoing documents/correspondences. Scanning all the incoming documents and feed into Primavera Contracts Management software. Filing and maintain all documents/correspondence letters Filing of a document which has been distributed through Primavera software. Scanning archive files of various Departments as per the requirement. Renaming & E-log of scanned archive files. To maintain a soft copy of file index. Develop and maintain database register for correspondence and documents. Assisting inter department colleagues as and when required.
