    WARRANTY PERIOD: In an effort to strengthen its commitment, the JMC FIRE ENTERPRISES warrants its fire extinguisher to be free from mechanical defects for a period of one (1) year from the date purchased. During the warranty period, any such defects will be repaired or replaced, as long as official seal remains intact.
