During this period, he was responsible for executing following tasks: Preparation of Financial Statements and Maintaining accounts (including Ledger and Bank Reconciliations) of different Small and Medium Size companies. Generating budgets and forecasts periodically for clients. Reporting to HMRC and Companies House for taxations, VAT Returns and other relevant matters. Administration of payroll for clients, which included setting up of working hours management system, preparation of relevant documents in compliance with rules and regulations as prescribed by HMRC. Meeting with clients to consult them regarding design and implementation of payroll management system. Remained actively involved in general office administration by handling IT related issues and maintaining an organised filing system.
