• Inputs received are stored in Data Server at HO, and are
password protected to identified users.
• The Web & Database Servers running at HO are protected with
Firewall and Antivirus softwares
• Regular(Weekly/Monthly) backups of the data are taken and a
copy each is maintained in and out of the HO premises.
 How do we ensure Perfection . . .
• Level 1:
Reconciliation of No. of Employees for whom the payroll is
processed for the month through the system.
• Level 2:
Net/Gross salary for Current month is reconciled with the
preceding month by the System to know the Effect of Variance
due to the inputs fed into system.
• Level 3:
3 out of 50 Employee’s pay will be taken at random and cross
verified with the inputs.
