Article I Leadership can be defined as the aptitude to execute the plans by aligning the whole team to take part

passionately. It is the skill by which one can influence his team member in developing an interest to do something, and like any other skill, even this can be learned and improved with practice. A good leader must constantly communicate and interact with his members to improve their confidence towards personal responsibility and commitment. And there should a distinction between his own feeling and of others in manufacturing a trusting relationship among them. Essence of Leadership The essence of leadership is communication between the leader and his followers. The leader, being the representative of his group, must see the vision of his followers rather than being selfreliant. An exception for this arises in the case of involuntary leadership and often in traditional leadership. And it is the mere responsibility of a leader in helping them to work efficiently in achieving the goal. It can be noticed that leadership and management are closely linked with each other. However, there is a clear distinction between management and leadership. An effective manager should posses leadership skills, and an effective leader should demonstrate management skills.
