Government Green Initiatives During the research, we found two government initiatives which is Clean Energy Future and

Clean Technology Program. Both initiatives are about creating green energy. Clean Energy Future The Australian Government is creating a clean energy future. The Government has a massive program to move to a clean energy future. This includes: Introducing a carbon price Putting a price on carbon is the most effective way to cut pollution. Promoting innovation in renewable energy The carbon price leads to a development of clean renewable energy technology. Encouraging energy efficiency Reduce carbon pollution by improving energy efficiency. Also involves conserving energy use and avoiding waste. Cut pollution from land sector Government will spend $250 million to undertake landbased action such as forest conservation.
