Job design effected by : 1) Organizational factors, 2) Environmental factors, and 3) Behavioral factors .
1) Organizational factors,
Organizational factors Include : a. characteristics of Task , b. Work flow , c. Ergonomics , & d. Work practices.
a. characteristics of Task
It is requires the assembly of a number task into a job or a group of jobs. It is consists of three elements: I. Planning : deciding the course of action , timing , and the resource II. Executing : carrying out the plan III. Controlling : motivating performance & taking correcting action
b. Work flow
The flow of work in a firm is strongly: Influence by the nature of the product or services , Suggests the sequence & etc .
c. Ergonomics
Is concerned with designing shaping jobs to fit the physical abilities and characteristics of employees.
d. Work practices
Is set ways of performing works Determined by time and motion study
2) Environmental factors
It is divided to two parts : First , employee abilities and availability : consideration must be balanced against the abilities and availability of the people who are to do job.

Second , social and culture expectations : it is depend on social and culture expectations .For example, when design jobs for international , all are the difference to national culture like hours of work , holidays , vacation , rest breaks religious ,management style &etc
