ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The victim was igniting a 270 gallon barrel that was converted into a homemade BBQ grill when vapors from the ignitable liquid he was using suddenly flashed, causing the victim to sustain burns to about 50% of his body. The victim drove himself to Civista Medical Center and was then transferred to the Washington Hospital Center, Burn Unit, where he is being treated for non-life-threatening 1st and some 2nd degree burns .
