Yoga in the Old Library Auditorium
Wednesday, June 13th & June 27th from 4-5 p.m. Led by certified instructor, Ian Tagge.
Ians classes combine Budokon techniques with classical Hatha to build energetic, challenging and fun vinyasa flows, linking movement with breath. Ian puts special emphasis on the breath with smooth, steady movement and focuses on the importance of pranayama in practice. Every visit to the mat is an opportunity to explore the body and the mind through movement and breath, to cultivate awareness and increase strength and flexibility that goes deeper than the physical body. **There will be no Yoga offered in July and August.

Student Health has a wellness library!


We have a small library of wellness materials available for a two week checkout period. There are books, CDs and DVDs ranging in various topics from stress management to the best hiking trails in Portland. Stop by and see for yourself the beneficial materials that are available to you. If you have a recommendation for a book we dont yet have, please email your suggestion to askshs@ohsu.edu.

Wellness Offerings To Resume in Fall


Student Health Service will be back Fall term with new wellness offerings.

Yoga will resume in September with a new day and time! Dr. Jack Crossens mindfulness series will return in September with an added incentive-FOOD! Dr. Lisa Schimmel will resume her guided relaxation sessions. For More Information; www.ohsu.edu/student-health
