Information Broadcasting & Reporting Agent

The replacement of the 3.x Reporting Agent by Information Broadcasting in 7.0
The functions of the Reporting Agent are replaced by the Information Broadcaster Old Reporting Agent scenarios still run in 7.0 based on the Reporting Agent The Reporting Agent is not developed any further. It is removed from the 7.0 Data Warehousing Workbench. You can now only reach the Reporting Agent using transaction code REPORTING_AGENT. A migration of Reporting Agent settings and Reporting Agent packages by broadcast settings is not planned. SAP recommends covering Reporting Agent scenarios using Information Broadcasting.
