TERMS AND CONDITIONS

That we are willing and able to supply 5,000 MT per month of Non-LME Copper Cathodes and Blister Copper That the Buyer and Seller shall Execute a 12 month contract for this transaction Whereas the Seller states that the cargo shall be warehoused in buyer designated Warehouse in Lubumbashi for inspection and verification That the seller shall cause and deliver the said product to the warehouse for the inspection by the buyers nominated Logistics Company That the buyer has nominated MALABAR Logistics to perform the inspection at the warehouse to verify product ownership and authenticity That the buyer shall be responsible for the movement and freighting of the product to buyers designated port of destination That the seller shall offer assistance where necessary for the successful evacuation of the cargo from Lubumbashi and out of the Democratic Republic of Congo

PRICE AND PAYMENT

That the price shall be set at -20% (Minus Twenty Percent) of the LME price of the day Full payment shall made to the sellers designated account after transfer and change of ownership to buyer Payment of intermediaries shall happen simultaneously Transaction is Complete
