Green Belt Training
Green belts are improvement
project leaders who work
part-time and apply Six Sigma
methodologies to solve prob-

There are two formats for
this training spanning 4 days
and 8 days. The 4 day training
provides a good high level
overview while the 8 day
course is designed to be con-
ducted in a phased manner so
participants can complete
their projects while going
through the training itself.

Tata Motors prefer the 8 day

Black Belt Training
The Black Belt training is tar-
geted towards more partici-
pants who are working on
bigger cross-functional projects
