Introduction Its usual for the third person to perform in English. He will say : 1. How do you do how do you do. Or (especially in USA) Pleased to meet you pleased to meet you. If there is no the third person to introduce you say : May I introduce my self? My name is Rudy. How do you do? My Name is Belly. If there is no third person to introduce you, say : May I introduce my self? My name is id Budi. How do you do? My Name is Belly. Introducing a speaker If you are introducing a speaker you should say ( indicating the speaker with your hand) : Ladies and Gentlement, Profesor Green. or Ladies and Gentlement, I have great pleasure in intrdoducing our guest speaker, General White. The next time you meet For the next and later meeting, to people whom you know, say : Good morning ( until about lunch-time-12 midday to 1 p.m.) Good afternoon ( till tea-time or just after-5 to 6 p.m.) Good evening ( till about 9 p.m.)
