I work in Quality Control for a chemical production plant, so I check all of the raw materials coming in to make sure they are what they are supposed to be and I check all our products before they ship to make sure they are within the specs that our customer sets. I make up solutions that we use on a daily basis and standardize them and as well as doing some machine maintance and repair on our analytical instruments. I also work to develop new methods to help our lab run more efficiently. And in our lab you have to clean your own glassware at the end of the day although some labs hire people to just clean all of their used glassware!!!
