Regular visits and management, by the respective Franchisee Accounts Manager. HR, Marketing, Operations & Training Managers intervention whenever necessary. Assuring 100% manpower & other resources at all times. Increasing our Bandwidth as and when we get more requests. Daily meetings with Club Manager & the team to understand the challenges that the club is facing and find solutions for the same. Regular Audits

IN-SCOPE
Force Fitness will take over the entire Operations of the club, thereby relieving the Franchisee Owners to completely focus on their respective profession and work.

Be responsible for Customer satisfaction and increase revenue generation of the club. Be responsible for Hiring, Retention and career management. Timely audits to ensure process adherence Closely monitor the performance & discipline of the team Enable the team to provide good service there by maintaining predictability in sales Continues improvement and training programs Every employee is driven based on their respective KRAs Training & Certification for all employees Ensuring monthly, quarterly & Yearly Rewards & Recognition Programs for Employee satisfaction. Ensured Marketing: Cross Promotions & Corporate Tie-ups. Consolidated Quarterly Team building activities. Providing MIS reports to the Franchisee Owners
