Events and Road trips on behalf of our clients, to
facilitate them with an effective Sales Methodology.

 Learn the basics of Human Resource development

like recruitment and Training &Development and
start building up your own team if associates
facilitating expanded crew and on-time delivery of
Sales goals.

 Becoming skilled at Managing, Coaching, Monitoring

and Motivating a team to maximize business
performance.
 Strategize, Plan and Manage People, Resources and
Clients to own and run your own Strategic Business
Units using your business decisions to decide its
growth and development.
 Undergoing ON THE JOB Global Leadership Training
Module which exposes you with the intricacies of
Business Management; through 5 level on
comprehensive training.

JOB REQUIREMEMTS

 Graduate/ Post Graduate in any stream

 Good communication/ Interpersonal skills

 Willing to travel abroad for further training
 Can join on Immediate basis

COMPENSATION

It’s a performance based pay structure

facilitate an Uncapped Earning Potential for
the Right Candidate.
 During the initial training phase of 3-6
months—15,000 to 45,000 INR per
month(approx.)
 During the later training phases: 30,000 to
70,000 INR per month(approx.)
 After the completion of the training: 12 Lac
PA(approx.)
