NARRATIVE
COMP STATED THAT ABOUT 8:30PM ON 06/08/12 HE WAS HEADING OUT TOWARDS HISBACKYARD TO ATTEND HIS LIVESTOCK. COMP STATED THAT HAS HE WENT FURTHER OUT BACK HE NOTICED THAT ONE HIS FEMALE HORSES WAS TIED BY THE SNOUT ANDFRONT LEGS TO THE FENCE POST BY UNK SUSP. COMP STATED THAT UNK SUSP PROPPED UP BY LARGE WATER BUCKET AND BEHIND THE COMP'S HORSE. COMP STATED THAT UNK SUSP WAS MOVING HIS HIPS BACK AND FORTH FROM THE HORSE'SREAR, AT WHICH POINT COMP YELLED OUT TOWARD THE UNK SUSP. UNK SUSP IMMEDIATELY GOT OFF THE HORSE AND JUMPED OVER COMP'S FENCE AND FLED SB TOWARD BRASS WAY. COMP BELIEVES THAT THE UNK SUSP DONE THIS BEFORE IN THAT THE LIVESTOCK WAS NOT ALARMED. COMP WAS NOT ABLE TO MAKE OUT THE RACE OF UNK SUSP. END OF ELEMENTS
